I go through the processes of using SD Formatter and then Raspberry Pi Imager to create the bootable SD Card. I have used 32 GB SD Cards from several manufacturers, and all are not seen upon boot. My bootloader is current. I am obviously missing something here. Thanks
Bill
Hello @Bill Clark. Are you using an SD Card in a USB thumb drive reader? I ask because our board doesn't have an SD Card slot. We haven't had any reported issues with USB Flash Drive hardware, and in our in-house testing we have not found any issues, so I am thinking your hardware is probably not the source of the problem.
We had one reported case of a user having issues when using the Raspberry Pi Imager on MS Windows. Do you happen to have a Raspberry Pi CM4IO Board you could use to write the image with? We have tested numerous times on a Mac with the Raspberry Pi Imager software as well and haven't seen any issues.
You can also just simply use dd to write our image. We document the steps for this in the Interceptor FAQ with question: "Q. How do I install the Axzez provided OS?" Did you happen to take a look at this FAQ entry?
We're ready to help more after we can get some feedback on the questions above. Thank you.
I went out and got a different card reader and another micro sd card. What is a better SD Card Format er?
